Overview

IMT-073 is a discontinued preclinical immuno-oncology biologic from Immunitas Therapeutics that was designed as a dual-target natural killer (NK) cell and T-cell modulator for the treatment of neoplastic diseases. Built from Immunitas’ single-cell genomics platform, the program was intended to provide a new checkpoint or co-regulatory mechanism distinct from the company’s CD161 inhibitor IMT-009, leveraging modulation of both NK and T-cell compartments to enhance anti-tumor immune responses in solid and hematologic malignancies. Although specific antigen targets and molecular format have not been publicly detailed, IMT-073 was advanced through preclinical development for cancer before the program was discontinued.
