Overview

**IMT-1012** is an investigational multipeptide therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by Immunotope. Also termed the OCPM immunotherapeutic vaccine, it contains 12 synthetic tumor-associated-antigen peptides designed to induce antigen-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses against tumor cells expressing the corresponding antigens. Named antigen sources include cyclin I, cyclin-dependent kinase 1, discoidin domain receptor 1, and ADAM metallopeptidase domain 17. This multi-antigen strategy is intended to address tumor heterogeneity by targeting several pathways involved in tumor growth, survival, and metastasis. Phase 1 studies evaluated the vaccine in breast cancer and in epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers.
