Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMV-C is an investigational bispecific antibody being developed by ImmuVia for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer. Engineered using the proprietary Cancerlysin™ platform, IMV-C is designed to leverage dual-targeting mechanisms to enhance anti-tumor immune responses or inhibit multiple oncogenic pathways simultaneously. Currently in the preclinical stage of development, the specific molecular targets of IMV-C remain undisclosed. The Cancerlysin™ platform aims to optimize the therapeutic window of bispecific antibodies by improving tumor selectivity and potency, positioning IMV-C as a potential next-generation immunotherapy for gastrointestinal and breast malignancies.
