This combination is in phase 1b/2 trials for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma, based on rationale that simultaneous targeting of CD19 and CD20 may overcome resistance and improve clinical outcomes in B-cell malignancies[1][2][4].
