Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMW-2001 is a preclinical-stage multi-specific cytokine fusion protein (immunocytokine) being developed by Immunowake for the treatment of solid tumors. Engineered using the company's proprietary TTCyto (TIL-Targeted-Cytokine) platform, IMW-2001 is designed to target IL-2, PD-1, and an undisclosed Target B. This multi-specific approach aims to achieve selective activation of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing anti-tumor efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicities typically associated with cytokine therapies.
