Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMW-3001 is a preclinical-stage multi-specific cytokine fusion protein developed by Immunowake (also known as Longqi Biotechnology) for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Developed using the company's proprietary TTCyto (TIL-Targeted-Cytokine) platform, the molecule is designed to selectively deliver and activate interleukin-2 (IL-2) signaling at target sites while minimizing systemic toxicities. IMW-3001 targets IL-2 and an undisclosed target (referred to as Target C) to modulate immune responses, potentially promoting regulatory T cell (Treg) activation to restore immune tolerance in autoimmune conditions.
