IMX-110 + tislelizumab

IMX-110 + tislelizumab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). IMX-110 is a tissue-specific therapeutic designed to target the tumor microenvironment, while tislelizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), thereby enhancing immune system activity against cancer cells. The combination aims to leverage both direct tumor targeting and immune checkpoint inhibition to improve anti-tumor efficacy. Early clinical trial data from the phase 1b/2a IMMINENT-01 study have shown promising results, with notable tumor shrinkage observed in heavily pretreated patients with mCRC and no dose-limiting toxicities reported in initial cohorts. IMX-110 is developed by Immix Biopharma, while tislelizumab is supplied by BeiGene as part of a clinical collaboration.
