Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMX-111 is a targeted form of IMX-110, being developed by Immix Biopharma for the treatment of cancer. It is described as a first cancer therapeutic utilizing GLUT1 (glucose transporter 1) antibody biomarker targeting coupled with DNA and topoisomerase II inhibition mechanisms. IMX-111 is designed as a tissue-specific biologic built on Immix's TME Normalization Technology platform with proprietary GLUT1 antibody biomarker targeting. The drug is an apoptosis inducer specifically developed for colorectal cancer treatment. As a small molecule drug, it functions through multiple inhibitory mechanisms including DNA inhibition, GLUT1 inhibition, and topoisomerase II inhibition.
