Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**IMX101** is an investigational therapeutic vaccine developed by ImevaX for *Helicobacter pylori* infection. The multicomponent vaccine contains *H. pylori* gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase and an undisclosed *H. pylori* outer-membrane protein antigen, together with a mucosal fusion-protein adjuvant. It is designed to generate neutralizing antibody responses against gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, an immune-evasion factor, and cytotoxic T-cell responses against the outer-membrane antigen to support bacterial eradication. IMX101 completed a randomized, double-blind, adjuvant-controlled Phase 1a/b trial in *H. pylori*-negative and *H. pylori*-infected healthy volunteers.
