Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMYX-3 is a first-in-class neutrophil-modifying drug candidate developed by Immunyx Pharma using its proprietary Targeted Neutrophil Nanoparticle (TENNs) platform. The therapy is designed to modulate neutrophil activity at the site of inflammation to treat chronic inflammatory diseases without depleting the cells or causing systemic neutropenia. By addressing neutrophil-driven pathology, IMYX-3 aims to provide a therapeutic option for conditions where no FDA-approved neutrophil-targeted therapies currently exist. IMYX-3 is currently being evaluated in preclinical studies for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and is in IND-enabling stages for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
