**Imzokitug (BMS-986340)** is a human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) nonfucosylated monoclonal antibody that targets C-C chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8), specifically expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) in the tumor microenvironment. It binds CCR8, blocks CCL1-CCR8 signaling, and induces Fc-mediated antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) to deplete CCR8+ Tregs, thereby reactivating antitumor immune responses. Developed by Bristol-Myers Squibb, it is in phase 2 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, including metastatic microsatellite stable colorectal cancer and pancreatic adenocarcinoma, often in combination with nivolumab, chemotherapy, or other agents.
