Overview

IN-002 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by Inhalon Biopharma for the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infections. It is designed as an inhaled immunomodulatory therapy, delivering therapeutic antibodies directly to the airways via a handheld nebulizer. This direct lung delivery aims to improve efficacy against RSV compared to traditional oral or intravenous administration routes. The drug is currently in preclinical development and has completed IND-enabling studies, with plans for human challenge studies and Phase 2a trials. IN-002 represents part of a broader pipeline targeting acute respiratory infections using inhaled antibody technology.
