In-111 rosopatamab tetraxetan is a radiolabeled antibody-drug conjugate designed for use as a diagnostic and dosimetry agent in the context of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy. It consists of the monoclonal antibody rosopatamab (also known as HuJ591), which specifically binds to PSMA expressed on prostate cancer cells, conjugated via a chelator (tetraxetan) to the radioisotope indium-111. Upon administration, it targets PSMA-expressing tumor cells and enables gamma scintigraphy imaging to characterize biodistribution and dosimetry prior to therapeutic administration of actinium-225-labeled or lutetium-177-labeled versions for treatment. The drug is being developed primarily for use in patients with PSMA-positive castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), particularly those with metastatic disease[1][4][5][9].
