Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IN-C009 is an oral fixed-dose combination tablet containing **dapagliflozin 10 mg** and **linagliptin 5 mg**, developed by HK inno.N for type 2 diabetes mellitus. Dapagliflozin selectively inhibits sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 in the kidney, increasing urinary glucose excretion, while linagliptin reversibly inhibits dipeptidyl peptidase 4, prolonging endogenous incretin activity and enhancing glucose-dependent insulin secretion. A randomized crossover pharmacokinetic study in healthy adults found that the fixed-dose product had pharmacokinetic exposure comparable to co-administered individual dapagliflozin and linagliptin tablets and was safe and tolerable.
