IN01

**IN01** is an investigational therapeutic anti-epidermal growth factor vaccine developed by IN3BIO. It is a recombinant biologic fusion-protein vaccine incorporating a synthetic epidermal growth factor variant; vaccination induces polyclonal neutralizing anti-EGF antibodies that sequester EGF and prevent activation of the epidermal growth factor receptor signaling axis. IN01 has been investigated for KRAS-, NRAS-, or BRAF-mutated colorectal cancer, including in combination with targeted small-molecule inhibitors, and in a Phase Ib study for post-COVID-19 fibrosing interstitial lung disease.
