**IN10018 + pegylated liposomal doxorubicin** is a combination regimen consisting of IN10018, a highly potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of focal adhesion kinase (FAK), and pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD), an anthracycline chemotherapy encapsulated in pegylated liposomes. IN10018 inhibits FAK—an intracellular tyrosine kinase that plays a role in tumor progression and fibrotic barrier formation—and is intended to synergize with PLD, potentially overcoming platinum resistance and improving antitumor effects in ovarian cancer. PLD works by blocking topoisomerase 2, inhibiting cancer cell division, and being delivered via liposomes prolongs bloodstream residence and enhances tumor targeting. The combination is specifically under investigation for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
