IN30718 is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Inxmed, designed to target Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15 (LRRC15), a transmembrane glycoprotein that is highly expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) within the tumor microenvironment. By specifically targeting the stroma in high-stroma solid tumors, particularly gastrointestinal cancers, IN30718 aims to disrupt the supportive environment that promotes tumor growth and drug resistance. Preclinical data has demonstrated robust efficacy in multiple patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of gastrointestinal cancers, along with a favorable safety and tolerability profile in non-human primates. The drug is intended to address the limitations of current therapies in stroma-rich malignancies where poor drug penetration is a significant barrier.
