Overview

IN30758 is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by InxMed for the treatment of multiple solid tumors, including those resistant to DXD-based therapies. The ADC targets a member of the integrin family that is overexpressed in the vast majority of most solid tumors. Preclinical studies have shown that IN30758 exhibits robust in vivo efficacy in both cell-derived xenograft (CDX) and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models across multiple cancer types and demonstrates good tolerability in cynomolgus monkeys. The drug is currently at the preclinical stage, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application planned for 2025[1][3]. Its mechanism involves targeted delivery of cytotoxic payloads to tumor cells via integrin binding, aiming to overcome resistance mechanisms seen with other ADCs[1].
