Overview

INB-01 is an autologous gamma-delta T-cell therapy being developed for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, specifically targeting patients with high-risk leukemia following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The therapy utilizes ex vivo expanded and activated gamma-delta T cells, which are a unique subset of T lymphocytes that possess innate-like properties, allowing them to recognize and kill tumor cells in a non-MHC-restricted manner. This mechanism reduces the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) while potentially enhancing the graft-versus-leukemia effect. Developed by IN8bio, INB-01 is designed to provide a safe and effective cellular immunotherapy option for patients who have limited treatment alternatives after undergoing bone marrow transplantation.
