INB-200 is a genetically modified autologous gamma-delta T cell therapy developed for the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) and other solid tumors. It is the first genetically engineered gamma-delta T cell therapy administered to patients with solid tumors. The product uses gene modification to confer resistance to alkylating chemotherapy agents such as temozolomide (TMZ), allowing these immune cells to persist and function during concurrent chemotherapy. This enables a synergistic approach where the engineered gamma-delta T cells can recognize and kill cancer cells even in the presence of lymphodepleting chemotherapeutic agents. INB-200 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for GBM[1][2][3][4][5][7].
