Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INB-300 is an nsCAR (non-signaling Chimeric Antigen Receptor) platform developed by IN8bio. It is designed to target CD33 and CD123, which are cell surface markers often found on cancer cells. The development of INB-300 is based on an exclusive worldwide license from The UAB Research Foundation for immunotherapy-related patents covering gamma-delta T cells, CAR-T cells, and combination treatments. Preclinical data demonstrating proof-of-concept for this platform is planned for presentation in the first half of 2024.
