Overview

INB-400 is an autologous gamma-delta T cell therapy product candidate genetically engineered to survive chemotherapy and maintain the natural ability to recognize, engage, and kill cancer cells. It is developed by IN8bio, Inc., and is primarily indicated for the treatment of glioblastoma. The therapy combines engineered, chemotherapy-resistant gamma-delta T cells with standard-of-care treatments to amplify immune signals and maximize tumor killing.
