INB-410 is an allogeneic, genetically modified gamma-delta (γδ) T cell therapy developed by IN8bio for the treatment of malignant gliomas, including glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Utilizing the DeltEx drug-resistant immunotherapy (DRI) platform, the cells are engineered to be resistant to chemotherapy, specifically temozolomide, allowing for concurrent administration with standard-of-care treatments. This approach aims to leverage the innate ability of γδ T cells to recognize and kill tumor cells while maintaining therapeutic activity in the presence of lymphodepleting chemotherapy. INB-410 is the off-the-shelf counterpart to the autologous INB-400 and received FDA orphan drug designation in 2023 for the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma.
