Overview

INB-500 is a gamma-delta induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) T cell therapy developed by IN8bio. It represents part of the company's DeltEx platform for producing expanded and modified gamma-delta T cells. The therapy is designed as an off-the-shelf allogeneic cell therapy product that could benefit from improved quality, quantity, cost and immediate availability compared to other cell therapy approaches. INB-500 is currently in preclinical development as part of IN8bio's pipeline of gamma-delta T cell therapies.
