INBRX-105 is a recombinant, humanized tetravalent bispecific antibody designed to target both programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and the co-stimulatory receptor 4-1BB (CD137). By binding PD-L1 on tumor cells and 4-1BB on T cells, it provides localized conditional T-cell co-stimulation through agonism of 4-1BB while simultaneously inhibiting the PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway. This dual mechanism aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by promoting T cell activation and overcoming tumor-induced immunosuppression. The drug was developed for use in various cancers including solid tumors, Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and squamous cell carcinoma. Development was led by Inhibrx Biosciences with Elpiscience Biopharmaceuticals also involved[1][2][3][5][6][8].
