Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INBRX-105 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of INBRX-105, a bispecific antibody targeting PD-L1 and 4-1BB receptors, and pembrolizumab, a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. INBRX-105 provides dual mechanism of action through PD-L1 blockade and conditional 4-1BB agonism that is dependent on PD-L1 engagement, designed to enhance anti-tumor immune responses while avoiding hepatotoxicity associated with systemic 4-1BB agonism.
