INBRX-111 is a precisely engineered, multi-specific and multi-epitopic anti-virulence/opsonizing antibody-based biotherapeutic under development by Inhibrx to prevent and treat serious infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a difficult-to-treat Gram-negative pathogen frequently implicated in hospital-acquired and multidrug-resistant infections.[7][9] By concurrently targeting multiple epitopes and virulence factors on Pseudomonas, the molecule is designed to neutralize pathogenic mechanisms and enhance opsonophagocytic clearance, with the aim of providing broad strain coverage and potent in vivo efficacy where conventional antibiotics face resistance and treatment failure.[7][9]
