Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INC102 is an early-stage, armored chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy candidate developed by InnocsAI. It is designed to target solid tumors expressing mesothelin and CD276 (B7-H3). As a follow-on construct to IBC101, INC102 incorporates a dominant-negative TGF-β receptor (dnTGFβR) strategy. This armoring is intended to shield the CAR-T cells from the immunosuppressive effects of TGF-β within the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing T-cell persistence and anti-tumor activity. The therapy is being positioned for biomarker-selected solid tumor indications.
