**INCA036873** is an investigational CD70×CD3 bispecific antibody developed by Incyte Corporation for oncology. It functions as a T-cell engager, redirecting T cells to CD70-expressing tumor cells to induce cytotoxicity, primarily targeting advanced solid tumors such as clear cell renal cell carcinoma and hematologic malignancies including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, high-grade B-cell lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Currently in Phase 1 clinical development (NCT07195916), the program evaluates safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory disease post prior therapies, administered intravenously.
