INCA33890 + cetuximab is a combination of INCA33890, a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting TGF-beta receptor 2 and PD-1, and cetuximab, an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor monoclonal antibody. INCA33890 is developed using Biclonics bispecific antibody technology and acts as an immune-enhancing agent by antagonizing both TGF-beta-mediated immunosuppression and PD-1 immune checkpoint signaling, potentially boosting antitumor T-cell responses. Cetuximab blocks EGFR on tumor cells, inhibiting signaling pathways that promote cell proliferation and survival. This combination is under investigation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors. INCA33890 is in phase 1 clinical trials as monotherapy, and combinations including with cetuximab are under strategic evaluation for solid tumors including colorectal, head and neck, and other epithelial cancers[1][2][5][7].
