INCAGN01876 + ipilimumab is a combination investigational immunotherapy pairing INCAGN01876—a glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor (GITR) agonist monoclonal antibody—with ipilimumab, a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) blocking monoclonal antibody. INCAGN01876 is designed to activate the immune system by stimulating GITR, leading to the promotion of effector T cell activity and inhibition of regulatory T cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor responses. Ipilimumab functions as a checkpoint inhibitor by blocking CTLA-4, further promoting T cell activation.
