Drug intelligence / Profile preview
INCAGN02385 + INCAGN02390 is an investigational **combination immunotherapy** comprising two humanized, Fc-engineered monoclonal antibodies developed by Incyte: INCAGN02385 targets the immune checkpoint receptor LAG-3 (lymphocyte-activation gene 3), and INCAGN02390 targets the immune checkpoint receptor TIM-3 (T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein-3). Both are designed to disrupt "immune exhaustion" pathways of T lymphocytes, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses in advanced or metastatic cancers. INCAGN02385 blocks LAG-3–MHC class II interaction, augmenting T-cell activation and cytokine secretion[2]. INCAGN02390 blocks ligand-binding to TIM-3, disrupting TIM-3–PtdSer interactions and internalizing TIM-3, potentially enhancing T-cell activity[3]. The combination is being evaluated in ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trials for safety, tolerability, and early antitumor efficacy in patients with solid tumors and select advanced malignancies[1][5].
