Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Inclocibart is a humanized IgG4 lambda1 monoclonal antibody directed against alpha-2-antiplasmin (SERPINF2), the principal physiological inhibitor of plasmin in the fibrinolytic system. By binding SERPINF2, inclocibart is designed to inhibit alpha-2-antiplasmin activity, thereby enhancing endogenous plasmin-mediated fibrin degradation and promoting fibrinolysis.[1][3][7][15] This agent is being investigated as a targeted biologic to modulate thrombosis and fibrinolysis pathways, although detailed clinical development, indications, and sponsoring company information have not yet been broadly disclosed.
