**SYH9021** is a once-daily inhaled fixed-dose combination of **indacaterol acetate** and **mometasone furoate** in a dry-powder inhaler for maintenance treatment of asthma. Indacaterol is a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist that produces sustained bronchodilation, while mometasone furoate is an inhaled corticosteroid that activates glucocorticoid receptors to suppress airway inflammation.
