Indium-111-DOTA-labetuzumab-IRDye800CW is an investigational, dual-labeled **CEA-targeted imaging conjugate** developed by Radboud University Medical Center for image-guided cytoreductive surgery in colorectal cancer peritoneal metastases. It consists of the humanized anti-carcinoembryonic antigen antibody labetuzumab conjugated to the DOTA chelator carrying indium-111 for SPECT/CT and gamma-probe detection, plus the near-infrared fluorophore IRDye800CW for intraoperative fluorescence imaging. The agent binds carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 on colorectal cancer cells and is intended to improve preoperative staging and intraoperative identification of tumor deposits rather than directly treat the cancer.
