Indium-111-labelled anti-CD66 monoclonal antibody is a radiolabelled diagnostic and dosimetry agent used as part of a radioimmunotherapy regimen for children with relapsed or refractory leukemia. The antibody component, BW250/183, is a murine IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that targets CD66 (carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecules), which are expressed on granulocytes and bone marrow cells. This agent is administered for SPECT imaging and dosimetry purposes to evaluate biodistribution and calculate the appropriate dose for a subsequent therapeutic administration of the yttrium-90-labelled version of the same antibody. It has been evaluated in Phase I trials at Great Ormond Street Hospital as part of a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen prior to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
