**Indium In 111 rosopatamab tetraxetan** is an investigational PSMA-targeted radioimmunoconjugate used primarily for gamma-camera and SPECT imaging. It consists of the humanized IgG1 anti-PSMA antibody rosopatamab, also known as J591 or HuJ591, conjugated through the DOTA chelator to gamma-emitting indium-111. The antibody binds the extracellular domain of prostate-specific membrane antigen on prostate cancer cells and on tumor-associated neovasculature in some non-prostate solid tumors, enabling imaging of tumor localization, biodistribution, and dosimetry. It has been studied in metastatic and non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, including as an imaging and dosimetry surrogate or control for therapeutic radiolabeled J591 products such as lutetium-177 J591 and yttrium-90 J591. It has no approved brand name.
