InduceXT is a tissue-based bioimplant developed by Induce Biologics USA, designed for bone regeneration in orthopedic, spine, foot and ankle, and dental applications. It is regulated as a 361 HCT/P (Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Product). The product utilizes proprietary Natural Matrix Protein (NMP) technology, which involves a specialized processing method that unlocks and makes bioavailable the growth factors naturally sequestered within the bone matrix. These endogenous factors include Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2 (BMP-2), BMP-7, Transforming Growth Factor beta-1 (TGFβ-1), Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), and Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF). By making these native growth factors accessible, InduceXT promotes osteoinduction and accelerates bone healing without the need for exogenous recombinant proteins, providing a natural scaffold and signaling environment for new bone formation.
