INDUS810 is a **natural compound** isolated from *Trigonella foenum-graecum* (fenugreek) and investigated for its **anti-obesity** effects. Preclinical studies show that INDUS810 reduces accumulation of adipose tissue, improves insulin sensitivity, and lowers serum cholesterol and LDL levels in high-fat diet-induced obese mice. Mechanistically, it enhances lipolysis in adipocytes and operates primarily via **activation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK)**, leading to decreased lipid accumulation. INDUS810 also increases expression of proteins involved in lipid metabolism, including peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα), peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptor gamma co-activator 1β (PGC-1β), sirtuin 1, and sirtuin 3, without affecting cell viability or the expression of other adipocyte differentiation markers. Early clinical trials have evaluated its effects on body composition and muscular performance in overweight and obese individuals[1][3].
