Overview

INDV-1000 is a selective positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of the GABA-B receptor being developed as a therapy for substance-related disorders, including alcohol use disorder and cannabis use disorder. It aims to enhance the effect of endogenous GABA at the GABA-B receptor, potentially reducing craving and relapse, and is under development by Indivior and Addex Therapeutics. Preclinical and early-phase trials focus on its use in the treatment of addiction and withdrawal therapies.
