Overview

iNeo-Vac-P01 is a personalized neoantigen peptide cancer vaccine designed to treat advanced solid tumors. It consists of patient-specific mutated long peptides that are immunogenic and unique to each patient's tumor. The vaccine is developed using bioinformatics analysis of whole-exome sequencing data from the patient's tumor and blood samples, allowing for the identification and synthesis of individualized neoantigens. Administered subcutaneously with an adjuvant (GM-CSF), it aims to elicit a T-cell-mediated immune response targeting tumor-specific mutations. Clinical studies have shown that iNeo-Vac-P01 is feasible, safe, and capable of inducing measurable immune responses in patients with various advanced malignancies[1][2][6]. The primary developer is Hangzhou Neoantigen Therapeutics.
