Drug intelligence / Profile preview
iNeo-Vac-T01 is an autologous, personalized neoantigen-reactive T-cell (NRT) therapy developed by Hangzhou Neoantigen Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, specifically advanced colorectal cancer. The therapy utilizes the proprietary iNeo bioinformatics platform to identify patient-specific tumor neoantigens through whole-exome and transcriptome sequencing of the patient's tumor and normal tissues. T cells are then selectively expanded *ex vivo* against these identified neoantigens and re-infused into the patient. This approach aims to elicit a highly specific anti-tumor immune response by targeting unique mutations present only in the individual patient's cancer cells, potentially overcoming the limitations of non-specific adoptive cell transfers.
