Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination therapy consisting of inetetamab, pyrotinib, and vinorelbine. Pyrotinib is an irreversible dual pan-ErbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting EGFR (HER1), HER2, and HER4, which promotes cellular apoptosis and inhibits cancer cell proliferation by blocking the activation of downstream RAS/RAF/MEK/MAPK and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways. Vinorelbine is a vinca alkaloid chemotherapy drug that works by interfering with microtubules, stopping mitosis and blocking cell division. This combination is likely being investigated for HER2-positive advanced breast cancer.
