Overview

AMG 994 (inezetamab) is a bispecific antibody developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is designed to target two as-yet-undisclosed antigens and exhibits potential antineoplastic activity by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. The drug has been evaluated as both monotherapy and in combination with the anti-PD-1 antibody zeluvalimab (AMG 404) in patients with advanced solid tumors expressing mesothelin, including mesothelioma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma. Its mechanism of action involves binding to two targets on tumor cells; however, the specific targets have not been publicly disclosed[1][2][6]. Development has reached phase I clinical trials[2][3][4][7].
