**InflammaGen Shok-Pak** is a drug/delivery platform developed by InflammaGen Therapeutics for preventing shock and multi-organ failure (MOF). It administers an enzyme inhibitor directly into the stomach and intestinal lumen via nasogastric tube to block digestive enzymes that leak into the bloodstream during shock-induced autodigestion, a process discovered by UC San Diego bioengineering professor Geert Schmid-Schönbein.
