Overview

ingitamig (CC-92328) is a tri-specific natural killer (NK) cell engager immunotherapy designed to stimulate NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity against cancer cells. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma. The drug functions by engaging NK cells and directing them to target tumor-associated antigens, specifically B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), leading to immunologic cytotoxicity. ingitamig is a recombinant fusion protein classified as an antineoplastic and immunotherapy agent. The originator of the drug is Dragonfly Therapeutics, with development led by Celgene Corporation (a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb)
