Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Inhance (specifically INhance Post-Injection Serum) is a topical therapeutic product developed by Alastin Skincare (a Galderma company) designed to accelerate the resolution of bruising and swelling following dermatological procedures. It was evaluated as an investigational intervention in the MOBI Phase 4 clinical trial (NCT04677712), sponsored by Endo Pharmaceuticals, to mitigate the significant ecchymosis associated with QWO (collagenase clostridium histolyticum-aaes) injections for cellulite. The formulation utilizes proprietary TriHex Technology, a combination of peptides intended to clear damaged extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins and stimulate the synthesis of new collagen and elastin. Additionally, it incorporates botanical extracts such as Arnica montana and Ledum palustre to facilitate heme clearance and reduce localized inflammation.
