Iniparib + irinotecan is a combination therapy investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced triple-negative breast cancer with brain metastases. Iniparib is a small molecule anti-cancer agent that alters reactive oxygen species tumor metabolism and can penetrate the blood-brain barrier.
