While iniparib was originally believed to act as a PARP inhibitor, subsequent evidence indicates its mechanism is distinct and not canonical PARP inhibition. **Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin** is designed for improved pharmacokinetics and reduced cardiotoxicity compared to conventional doxorubicin. **Carboplatin** induces DNA cross-links, leading to apoptosis.
