Overview

iNK cells (Guangzhou Ruixin) is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Guangzhou Ruixin Biotechnological Co., LTD. This 'off-the-shelf' cell therapy involves the differentiation of iPSCs into mature, functional NK cells that possess innate anti-tumor capabilities. The therapy is currently being investigated as a maintenance treatment for patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) who have completed chemoradiotherapy. By providing a standardized and scalable source of NK cells, this approach aims to eliminate residual micrometastatic disease and prolong remission in SCLC patients.
